The pieces are part of a charity sale to benefit the Brooklyn Recovery Fund. If you’re in NY, they’re on display all weekend at 446 Broadway. They’re also available online. The first Reclaim show, last winter, was conceived as a way for the design community to contribute to rebuilding after Hurricane Sandy. This show encouraged collaboration between designers of different disciplines to emphasize coming together in a time of need.

CHAIRTRUCK has arrived!
Behold, a supersized version of our Hulihee Chair with reclaimed Coney Island boardwalk for the seat and backrest. The truck runs entirely on biodiesel.

We’re in this! And excited to be collaborating with the awesome Token. We had a great time in their glass blowing studio working on the pieces (pics to come) and it was cool to create with another Red Hook studio. Come check it out next Thursday, and don’t forget to RSVP!
